THE KEY TO FLOW IS THE BREATH

The post emphasizes that the essence of a fulfilling life lies in flow, which is cultivated through effective breathing. It suggests that dis-ease arises from a lack of fluidity and connection to breath, leading to anxiety and emotional heaviness. The act of breathing is portrayed as a transformative force, guiding one’s journey through life’s challenges.

There are moments when the answer we seek is not philosophical, not mystical, not complex—but profoundly simple. Recently, while navigating subtle stressors and inner tension, I was reminded of something foundational: the quality of our lives is shaped not by force but by fluidity. What follows is a reflection on breath, motion, and the sacred architecture of flow that carries us through this embodied experience of being alive.

The key to living an elevated life is flow. And this is not so much about being ‘in flow’, but more so about having fluidity throughout all aspects of your life. And this fluidity certainly has its roots in our spiritual interactivity, but it is more the breath that carries us from one thought to another. One decision to another. One space to another. And throughout the experience of being in a state of ‘aliveness’ within the physical realm. It is the breath that creates space, openness, flow of energy, light, and consciousness, in a state of Oneness, and well…living.

The act of breathing moves us.

When we are not breathing effectively, our fluidity through life is impeded. We become more structurally and energetically dense, more sticky, more anxious, more emotional, and increasingly in a state of dis-ease. The key to fluidity and ‘being in the flow’ is motion. And the key to movement is the breath.

Our first moment upon birthing into the physical is a sharp, deep, and fluid intake of breath. As we transition out of the physical form, we expire with a final, deeply sought-after exhalation, leaving our physical vehicle behind.

Our life – the act of living – falls between a single inhalation and a single exhalation. A doorway in and a doorway out.

I asked for help today, and this knowledge came through because I was seeking answers to some stressors I have been experiencing. Our challenges are always simply symptomatic of something misaligned or not functioning as it was divinely designed to, in harmony with all else.

The Angels shared with me that my dis-ease stems from ‘stickiness’. I haven’t been breathing effectively for a very long time, nor have I acted on the previous, apparently abundant guidance I have been receiving attesting to this. I would focus my attention for a short while, but then something would pull me away from ME.

Happenstances of daily existence would literally ‘take my breath away’.

I’m now in a state of deep knowingness, and there is never a way to retreat or pull back from that. You cannot ‘un-know’ something.

So now, I must focus on my breath and let the very act of breathing carry me forward to points, places, and spaces unknown.
